A once great place to work, now in decline

Decent pay and benefits, for the most part not physically demanding

Cons

12 hour swing shift, takes more than 17 years to get on day shift as a machinist, dirty, poor air quality, poorly maintained equipment, poorly managed, terrible engineering department, hot and humid in the summer, increasingly treat employees like children
