Work Life Balance is horrible. Very Stressful environment created by upper management in Michigan. All Buyers are paid hourly when they need to be Salaried Employees.

Great hours. I love the culture, it is definitely a work hard and get out atmosphere. I don't know many employees that are asked to work 50 hours. Most employees hold an 8-5 schedule.

Cons

Benefits are costly, but outside of that not many other cons I can think of.
