      Pros

      I know it is driven by local management but work-life balance couldn't be better. Lots of time off, if you are sick go home, etc. A very humane work environment. Everyone does their job and there is no drama.

      Cons

      No way to move up unless I relocate. Pay is not great but I have to bear in mind that I have 5 weeks paid per year.

      Not a whole lot, minus a super fun Summer Party

      Cons

      No direction or transparency to the employees who run the business. A company based on no communication or follow through. HR is a ridiculous on BOTH sides of the company, or whats left of it. People are in jobs they should not be in.
