      Company was pretty good until they decided to shut down their Avilla, IN plant an move their operation to Mexico!

      Good benefits, some chances for promotions. Used to hold employee appreciation events, cookouts, company picnics, and Christmas parties.

      Cons

      Ownership went through several different hands until they finally decided it would be cheaper labor to send everything to Mexico. So 95 people lost their jobs.
