Mental harassment at the organisation

There are no prows working for the organisation in terms of anything. from compensation to work life balance and even in terms of motivation to work

Cons

Mental harassment is prevalent at the organisation. Even if you complain to higher management regarding the harassment there is only lip service to it. NO committee is formed ti investigate the charges and the errant manager is given a free hand for continuing the same.

Weekly pay, location, and benifits. They have a lot of career opportunities because they fire people due to a ridiculous point system. So, I'm not sure if that's a pro or con.

Cons

Filthy, dangerous conditions, VERY low pay, lazy workers, horrible management, 5 minute breaks, favoritism, they don't value their employees... I could go on and on.
