Your feedback is important to us, so thank you for the review. As long as you are a Feedo, the hope is that your “Good” experience only continues to get better. We are currently a 100% remote workforce and do not foresee a return to the office in the immediate future. It would be great if you could expand on your comment about a hard commute, as noone in the company is currently commuting. I hear your comments on the repetitive work, but also see your acknowledgement of a chance to move up in the company. I encourage you to speak with your supervisor or our dedicated People Empowerment Manager about creating a pathway to a role with a different set of tasks and more responsibilities - if that’s what you want!

Pros

The culture and community that Feedonomics encourages and enables great development as a company and individually. The leadership team actively engages with the members of their teams to make sure they are doing the best possible job. I was amazed by their transparency and communication, including sharing survey results to all employees and monthly meetings that openly discussed the strengths and areas for improvement. The main thing that especially stands out in Feedonomics is that the leadership really cares about their people and puts a tremendous effort to make sure people are happy and growing while working there. They have a dedicated People Empowerment department, whose primary role is to provide an outlet for communication and to ensure that they are in touch with all team members.

Cons

The company is growing very fast so employees who are not used to a fast-paced environment may feel overwhelmed.
