- Awesome CEO and senior leadership who really cares about developing/investing in their employees - Very competitive compensation package - Truly incredible, unique and prominent company culture - Half-day Fridays - Work from home flexibility

Cons

- Can be very fast-paced like any other tech company, but might not be the right fit for anyone who doesn't like that.

Our team is the absolute best, hands down. They are also the reason for the kick-ass technology we can provide our clients with. To speak to the fast-paced environment, it is just even more of a reason to constantly evaluate both our efficacy and efficiency as a team. We need to be intentional with our communications and our processes so that we can support each other and our clients to the best of our ability without burning anyone out. Amazing group of humans to know, learn from, and produce incredible work with. Feedonomics truly has a people-first culture that everyone lives and breathes, including (and especially!) leadership.

Cons

Work-life balance can be difficult to maintain because it's all remote work. However, your team and your manager are always willing to work with you to put important life stuff first.
