Amazing people, amazing company, amazing life!

Pros

Feedonomics is one of the very few companies that genuinely care about their employees. The culture is the best I’ve seen and, the remote aspect is very important to me. The company’s principals are inspiring and motivating. Very grateful to be a Feedo, and I look forward to many happy years on the team.

Cons

Not much on the downside here. Some people are not big fans of the remote aspect.

Culture-First company

Pros

Entire organization has bought in to a positive workplace culture. Lots of focus on being there for each other, looking at the big picture, and delivering real value. The company really works to take care of each of their team members and help them grow. Remote-first is also a big plus for work-life balance.

Cons

Remote-first and increasing spread across the company means you don't often get to spend time with your team members in person. However the company is always innovating to find ways to connect people remotely as "naturally" as possible. Work processes are not the most refined and clear at times as the company still experiencing some growing pains. I still think that the great people make up for the process gaps.

Fantastic culture, but not many benefits

Pros

Feedonomics has an amazing culture!! Leadership makes it a point to engage all employees at the company and keep them in the know. Everyone is always willing to help you out or answer a question. Everyone is super friendly and fun to work with.

Cons

They do not have a 401K matching program, not great benefits, and no annual bonus. They also don't have any other perks for better work/life balance or healthy lifestyle maintanence.

We are so glad that you are enjoying the culture and feel that all team members are transparent and being listened to - that is at the core of our values and something we must work to keep up together. This is a fantastic team and we're only getting better! In regards to Benefits, we are constantly evaluating the best options for our people and will seek to build upon our Benefits package each year. We were among the most competitive in salary raises this last quarter and will continue to try and be a leader in that area. On our recent engagement survey, 96% of Feedos said that they felt that have a good work-life balance so if you don't feel that is the case for yourself, please please let your manager know so that we can tackle it right away. Additionally, we introduced a Wellness Coach partnership which is an app available to all of our team members to assist with building a healthy lifestyle. If you aren't ware of that, feel free to reach out to our People Empowerment team who can get you started right away!
