It is great to hear that you consider Feedonomics a “nice place to work and that you recognize that we place a significant focus on you and your teammates. It is interesting to hear your comment about leadership being further removed from our employees as Feedonomics is an autonomous entity run by the same management team and original founders. As CEO I still share regular notes with our various leadership teams ensuring alignment and transparency with all the big issues impacting us. There are definitely benefits of being part of a larger public company which our teammates have seen the immediate value. Better benefits, like health and employee assistance programs, adoption assistance, and stock options to name just a few. These were not available when we were a smaller privately held bootstrapped company. Our culture is still at the forefront of everything we do, and every moment of my day and the broader leadership team is spent ensuring our “ special sauce” is retained .
