      Pros

      We get to work from home. There is an abundance of support from colleagues. They care about who you are as an individual, they don’t make you feel like just another number on the team. Flexible scheduling if needed. Accommodating for taking time off and prioritizing important things in your life. Competitive pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      No cons, just opportunities that all companies have when growing (enhancing training material, documentation, etc).

      Work from home. Friendly environment. So much room for learning. Good management.

      Cons

      I have nothing to complain about. At the time of writing, I've been working for about 3 and a half months. No complaints.

      Pros

      Friendly and supportive team. I know I can ask my team for help. Everyone helps create a learning environment. The company also has strong a strong culture. I also like that the work is now remote.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment. The company is still working to improve it's processes.
