      Pros

      I've been with Feedonomics for about four months and I have felt so welcomed and supported. This is a fast-growing company with everyone working hard to meet the challenges of that growth. Leadership is capable, supportive, and highly communicative. There is a sincere and ongoing discussion of how a positive and respectful culture can create better services and a stronger, healthier workspace.

      Cons

      Like any successful technology company, Feedonomics is going to experience challenges as it grows. The good news is that these challenges are discussed openly by and with leadership so that we can work on solutions as a team.

      This job changed my life for the better.

      Pros

      CULTURE - 100% Remote work. - Tons of opportunities for professional growth. - Opportunities to contribute to charitable efforts. - A very tight-knit company, easy to make friends and build professional relationships. - A culture of organic, collective responsibility to be better than the day before. - Ideas go "bottom-up" rather than "top-down". PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - Being able to reach out to literally anyone (including senior leadership) to ask for help or just to chat, without feeling like a burden. - Clear career progression paths with skills & competencies required to advance. BENEFITS - Fair compensation. - Many employer-sponsored benefit options. - RSUs and stock options. - Unlimited PTO. The biggest pro for me is that managers and senior leadership genuinely care about each team members' individual satisfaction. Is the person fulfilled (professionally, personally, physically, etc.)-- and if not, what can they (leaders) do to help contribute positively toward that. This is an amazing company to work with.

      - No 401(k) match. - Employee contributions for benefits. - Lack of diversity in senior leadership and across certain teams.

      Pros

      Coworkers are very helpful and team oriented. The whole organization is following sound principals that help guide in how we conduct business and interact with each other. Sr leadership is very present and supportive. Still has the start up culture mentality and you'll need some gumption which makes it a fun and interesting place to work each day.

      Cons

      No 401K match and 401K starts 90 days after employment
