      Pros

      Google like community and values. Employment comes with a gym membership. Engaging work and direct communication with clients. Very friendly co-workers and nice office space. Close to many lunch options.

      Cons

      Very difficult to work part-time, but it is possible. Comes with a learning curve and long hours, however its easy to minimize your OT if you lean on your team leads.

      Trying to build a special company

      Pros

      The leadership team of Feedonomics is absolutely committed to building a special company with a special culture. The technology that the company founders have built is best in class and the talented people who are hired to work at the company are amazing. Smart , nice people. The owners go out of their way to have an open door to employees and try to create events that connect all the people. Movie nights, trivia evenings, go cart racing, and laser tag. They have a pool table when employees want to destress.

      Cons

      The company is experiencing very rapid growth and with that comes the need for everyone to roll up their sleeves and things move very quickly. It is not a place for everyone, and people who are not up for the diversity of responsibility and fast pace would not like it. With the rapid growth comes sometimes undefined roles and expectations which people who are looking for a more stable environment may have an issue with.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great group of people to work with there. I learned a lot about the industry, which actually helped to prepare me for the next job that I got. I gained a lot of valuable skills that I didn't have previously, and there is the ability to advance quickly in the company. There are also a lot of fun after work events that the company puts on.

      Cons

      Most of it is correlated with the company growing fast, but the workload is a lot to handle sometimes and it can be very stressful, and there has a been a lot of miscommunication between departments on certain issues. But I these things are getting ironed out as the company continues to grow.
