      Pros

      Everyone starts off optimizing feeds, but because the company is growing so rapidly, many opportunities are available from account management, to sales engineering, to software engineering. Love the free snacks and drinks

      Cons

      Because of the fast growth, the company structure changes sometimes catch me off-guard.
