Pros

Feedonomics is a great place to work and presents many learning opportunities for software engineering. The people are smart, friendly, and generally awesome. My background is I started off having very few programming skills beyond what I learned through codeacademy. I was initially trained how to use the Feedonomics platform, then started writing crawling scripts, which was my first foray into professional coding. I have since written more complex APIs. I like how everyone is expected to know the platform no matter your role.

Cons

Not so much a con, but something I'd like to see more of - code reviews, and demos by the more senior software engineers. Great learning opportunities.

Feedonomics is filled with talented and smart people. The team is on the young side - many new UCLA grads Culture is customer focused with an emphasis on high quality work Executives always make time to help you, even on nights and weekends I love the free gym membership

Cons

The initial training program could improve. There were times during the first week that we were sitting around without any work.

Thanks so much for your feedback! We will definitely try to have more one on one meetings. We're working on revamping our training program with far more documentation and videos. We just launched office hours with the founders weekly, and started a "lunch with the founders" program that I hope you'll take advantage of.
