-technology could be updated -work from home for certain roles would be a nice option

I get to work on all 4 (RCC, Masonry, Steel, and Wood) which accounts for good experience, and potentially help me for my SE.

Cons

Lots of desk work, would help if I could go out for inspections from time to time.
