Great Place to Work

Pros

Work from home office. Cell phone, laptop, printer, some office supplies, sales collateral provided. Great job for a motivated self starter. Paid 1 week training course. Job offers flexibility to do your job without a manager looking over your shoulder.

Cons

Not a job for just anyone, must be motivated daily. Bonus compensation plan is difficult to understand. Ongoing training is non existent, you receive one week of training then you're on your own to figure things out. Support comes from Regional manager available only by phone for the most part.

Pros

Work from home, no nights or weekends, no holidays.

Cons

Pay, management is of poor quality, they micro manage and make up rules along the way, force you to sign documents or get fired. No raises in the 11 years, for ANYONE but new hire management. Inconsiderate of personal situations or illness.
