worked remote, no commute,and easy to time off.

Cons

no raise in 3 years, no formal training, they got rid of the christmas bonus, second screen was needed for success but not provided, new head set was necessary but not provided, there were too many forms of communication that needed updating but not enough communication from management.

Nothing at all waste of time

Cons

All of it was cons no support to the employees no support for the managers on the facilities all finger pointing no solutions unless is just adding more work for the employees also compensation is a joke
