The company will not let you communicate with customer service your salary is basically all you will ever be able to make the bonus program is essentially impossible to achieve one must grow at an adverage of 10 percent over last 12 months to qualify even at that it only about 300 to 500 but Being as that the company is almost flat for last two years what is the chance of ever achieving that type of growth in addition they do not allow you to visit with high percentage of your accounts see you only get credit for your top 100 and over half of them I could not go see they were to far away as in greater than 90 miles that is your limit .From what I can tell virtually no one likes being there in addition when you are in sales EVERY DAY you are judged by that day sales we are not order takers who go into BS and do an inventory is many areas of the country relationships and service is how one grows Bs hard to establish that over a phone

This company treats you like a slave from day one. I have had several sales jobs in my life, but this company is hands down the worst ever!! Upper management doesn't care about the employees in the least little way. Middle management is weak and has NO spine!! They have no training programs, and even if they did, middle management is too stupid to implement them. They let good people go and keep the morons so they don't have to pay them what they are worth. I worked here for two years and NEVER got a raise of any kind. I was a Top Producer and they let me go and kept one of the dumbest people in the universe to run the territory so they didn't have to pay me. Fellers is cheap and treats EVERY employee like dirt. If you're a college educated sales rep, you have to work the warehouse when the warehouse person is out. Stupid!! I have never seen a more unorganized company ever!! If you are up for a job here....PASS!! You will be avoiding a lot of heartache.
