      Decent pay but sometimes clueless management

      Pros

      It has good pay and steady hours. You get paid holidays and they have good vacation and good benefits. Good amount of overtime possibilities.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems like the main office has no idea what goes on if you are at a remote plant. They can have pretty unrealistic expectations and take forever to fill holes on the local management.

      Pros

      Had some good people as coworkers. Easy to get hired. (People come & go revolving door) stepping stone for the big mills. Lines are simple & pretty much up to date.

      Cons

      Poor management, will never change. Red tape for the simplest things. No leaders or decision makers, key people rely on those under them to make them look good. Talking down to employees, GM was the worst. All planning is a secret & they don't care about employees input.

      OLD company and slow to keep up with change

      Pros

      Good pay plan, independence, solid finances owned by RSAC. Good people in place to deliver excellent service.

      Cons

      Behind in technology, no training, painfully changing core business focus which is alienating existing customer base.
