      Pros

      Exciting company that isn’t scared to invest in people and performance. You can grow as fast as you are willing to grow while working here. There is a great culture and great people running the company and working for it.

      Cons

      Steel industry tends to be a pendulum between more business than you can handle and scarily little. Fortunately, it’s more the former.
