Ferguson has a real interest in their consultants. Excellent relationships with businesses where they place consultants. Ferguson provides honest and open feedback to the consultant and does a great job of giving advice based on their history with the business client. Great training opportunities.

Ferguson is a great employer with excellent relationships with their Customers. They provide good support and nurture the growth of the employees. The management team is very much involved and invested in the employees. Ferguson has unique educational benefits that help employees to enhance their skill set. They also have good benefits ranging from Health, Vision, Dental and also 401K matching.

Cons

Ferguson Consulting has a startup kind of culture there is great visibility on every employee' activities from the management.
