      Pros

      Ferguson Consulting is one of the few companies that provides higher education courses from accredited institutions for its employees to further and better their resumes + experience. Recently, I finished an excellent Security Essentials course through SLU + Ferguson Consulting. Honestly, I would love to take further classes with the instructor. Security is as important for an application / fullstack developer to know as a DevOps person, and as I happen to do both of those in my current role I found this course invaluable. Thank you again for providing these amazing learning opportunities to your employees. Have to pinch myself every now and again to make sure it’s all real!

      Can't genuinely think of any! This is a great consulting firm that treats its employees like the valuable resources they are.

      Pros

      I worked with Ferguson for 8 years. All the while I had fantastic work assignments. Whenever I was stagnating at an assignments, they listened to my need for changed and moved me better assignments. The best part are the benefits of full time employment ( PTO, 401K, Insurance, Bonus, training allowance etc ) while maintaining flexibility of working for many clients in a consulting model. Overall, Great place to work !

      Pros

      The back office that supports the consultants is very engaged with the clients and they really do care about making everyone happy (both client and employee). Rate increases happen reasonably often, as the market permits. The training offered to all employees is a nice perk. They push it pretty hard because it benefits everyone for employees to take advantage of it. The annual bonus is nice. While it's not huge, it's better than the $0 bonus you'd get from most companies in the same space. CEO is an impressive human being, a real force of nature personality type.

      Cons

      Fairly limited number of client choices (at least when I was working there). PTO tied to tenure and the scale is quite long to get more time.
