Ferguson Consulting is a great company to work for! Great people at all levels of the organization. The management will make it feel like as if the consultants are part of the family when at work. The workforce at Ferguson is very knowledgeable, collected and selfless. The positive work environment will make anyone feel valued and appreciated. Excellent pay, benefits, paid vacations and bonuses will make the position very lucrative at Ferguson.

Pros

Working for a company that is willing to collaborate and try something new. You are NOT placed in a box "You are to do this, and only this". Opportunities galore. Leadership will tell you that they invest in you and want to help you enhance your skills by training and opportunities, and they mean it. A few reviews discuss a tough interview process/tough feedback, etc.... I see this as a pro, LOTS of people interview and those that are qualified by a thorough technical interview are hired = Experienced Professional Co-Workers.

Cons

I don’t have any concerns at this time. I would prefer to highlight the items in the Pros section. If I had any Cons, leadership is willing to listen and help pave the path that works for both.
