Ferguson can be a place where you will find steady work especially for developers. Listen carefully as benefits and the way you earn then and can use them are explained. Be sure to thoroughly understand the offer as well as the client expectations and environment before accepting a position.

Cons

Roles that use a combination of hard and soft skills can be less stable. Be sure to understand the clients expectations and environment before taking a position. In all roles, avoid having FCI office staff closely involved in your project. Their lack of technical background can cause misunderstandings and issues.

I like working at Ferguson Consulting for a number of reasons. The owner provides hands on training that allows you to keep your skillset sharp as a technical recruiter. The company also makes investments in their software to give the team the best tools on the market to perform their job. In addition, they provide a good work-life balance.

Cons

I do not have any concerns. I like that my job is different everyday. It keeps me engaged and challenged.
