Pros

Can't think of any reasons to push someone to work from them. I take that back, it does give you a good work ethic coming out of college. You will work 60+ hours a week.

Cons

Hours, Pay, Promotion Opportunities. These are just a few major problems with them. The typical store managers are just guys that did really well in sales. They have no management background or leadership qualities.

Culture clashes with too many clueless "leaders" thinking they work for Google

Pros

Remote work, SOME nice people to work with.

Cons

- Leaders aren't leaders and try to act like they know more than they really do. - Miscommunication, red tape and office politics are a common problem in the entire org and will cause things not to get done. - If you aren't apart of their "culture," you will get kicked to the curb. - I didn’t feel valued, didn’t feel like my input or work was appreciated at all. - Many people looked and talked down to you to make themselves feel more important. - Too many cooks in the kitchen with projects - You will get yelled at to have your camera on in meetings, meanwhile the same leaders will be laughing, eating and obviously talking to others and not present in meetings. It's disrespectful and distracting. - Onboarding material for a team, project or just general is nonexistent. - Nepotism in the workplace is a BIG problem.
