      Pros

      Very friendly employees. A large portion of employees have been there for many years and it feels like a big family. They are in the midst or a large tech infrastructure change, but they were reasonable in their expectations.

      Cons

      Due to its size and origin as a non-tech company, projects move slower than most tech companies. There is also a very heavy management layer with a lot of meetings and check-ins. Pretty low on the salary range compared to most tech companies.
