      Great coworkers. Good managers. Made to feel like the company cares for you even with its large size.

      Cons

      Pay - simple as that. Ferguson needs to learn to compete in this new remote market. Other companies are willing to pay a lot more than ferguson and they are losing amazing talent because of it.

      If your manager allows..you can work remote

      Cons

      Very poor management in the last five years..Most of the IT people are in an old building that is in the middle of the hood..not a safe area...shootings/gang shootings..managers have no IT background so do not have a clue on what it takes to advance to a better technology..poor communication between employees/managers..too many meetings that take away from true productivity for the customers.
