Pros
The new management group isnt much different than the previous group but with the addition of a lawfirm to provide another layer of checks and balances.
Cons
The lack of continuity with directors and executives over the last couple of years is pretty unsettling. 3 different directors now in the last 3 years with a revolving door of Chiefs.
