Cons

The most visible are Incompetence and lack of integrity. Hostile and unethical culture. Lots of red tape and delays. Talking heads in management - words and power points, no real action. Everything looks great to watch from a distance. Be prepared to witness or be a victim on unhealthy favoritism.Not a place to grow or learn new things. Intimidation, toxic culture and lack of real plan is causing high turnower.
