      Pros

      working with brilliant people. Very open for professional development. There is a lot of space for young engineers for growing and learning. Very nice colleagues and a nice mixture of people coming from all around the world. The benefits are great and it allows to create a flexible working schedule.

      Cons

      sometimes the bureocracy is slow. The purchase system could be improved. Overall I am happy of working there. Sometimes managers don't put too much pressure on the employees and just a little more pressure could be beneficial for productivity.

      Pros

      The research environment here is very good. The location is also convenient. You can extend your research connections here easily.

      Cons

      I don't have anything to complain. I just feel the air condition in the building is a bit nosier than I thought.

      Extremely smart people; interesting work; surprisingly competitive compensation; great work-life balance with reasonable hours; flex work schedule; café and gym on site; lots of professional development classes; opportunity for advancement; art events with an on-site gallery; an amazing campus that feel like a park preserve.

      Cons

      A little stagnant and set in its way due to people working here for decades; difficult to implement changes; far away from the city, so feel a bit remote.
