The staff and management were friendly and very polite.

Cons

The only downside of working here was that it was a temporary assignment and they did not have any openings for someone with my background.

Great environment with helpful individuals looking to help out. Free lunch offered to everyone working at the Forest Park plant.

Cons

I personally have not came across any problems with Ferrara. However, several co-workers did complain about low pay. I've been told that since the transformation which Ferrara went though, the company culture is no longer the same...nowhere as pleasant.
