Mix of long term employees and new folks keep things moving. Most employees knowledgeable and good to work with. Good benefits. Also, provides training opportunities and promotes from within where applicable.

Cons

Current company culture still under development since the merger. Some new talent wants to do things their way without getting a feel for what came before.

Company provided lunch which was a nice perk. Although it was probably more of a controlling thing rather than a perk.

Cons

Required to work 6 days a weeks without getting to pick your day off. Pay is on the low scale to compared to similiar companies. Don't even think about growth just make that you dont get stuck.
