The company is growing at a fast pace with an entrepreneurial spirit so you're able to influence along the way. The people are passionate about what they do and they truly care about Ferrara's success. It's hard work but worth the pay off! There are still a lot of great perks that show appreciation for their employees like free lunch at many of the locations. Pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Could be lacking some structure due to fast paced growth but making good progress.
