Great people to work with and an awesome support team

Cons

Senior Management is not supportive. They don't provide clear direction. It also a boys club, only a few women executives.

Pros

Easy work, literally boxing packages or flipping trays of candy onto conveyer belts. Very little if any micromanagement. Above minimum wage.

Cons

Boring, brainless work. Forced overtime when demand is high and long layoffs, especially in the summer. There are "temps" who have been there for 4+ years.

No career Development, after merger hired too many people without a clear path of what the vision was. Unprofessional HR department. Depends on the department but some are unprofessional and spend more time on personal stuff than working
