Ferrara is an awesome company to work for because the people are amazing and great to work with. Everyone is readily willing to offer there knowledge and expertise which helped encourage me to perform better and learn more! The office environment is positive which helps me come in to work happy everyday.

Cons

The downside of working for Ferrara is none so far.

Great Community, Excellent work/life balance, Philanthropic activities available, Pay is great, Nice benefits including nice 401k match, time off, holidays, free candy & coffee, company lunches every week. Extremely approachable CEO and Leadership team.
