Lack of leadership in the supply chain. No clear standard/logic of why we are doing things. Most moves are communicated after the fact. Lack of transparency on promotions and opening.

Long hours Employees aren't appreciated unless Supervisor's are friendly with them. Saw so much favortism and people been treated like numbers instead of human beings everyone in there is just another to them. Many women rejected of moving up in the company due to not been "flirty"or friendly with management. Like a review before Favortism is rampant.
