Great people in the organization. CEO is excellent !

Toxic leadership culture in Manufacturing. The Chief Manufacturing Office is a bully and treats people with no respect. Several senior leaders have left the organization over past 2 years that reported to this individual. This is really a shame and contrary to the overall company culture.
