I temped for a little over a year and got in as a permanent employee this month. I plan to stay for the rest of my life, its that good here. The work environment and the people at the Augusta, GA plant are top tier. The pay is the highest of any plant I've seen for every job title posted. The benefits here are great, and the company itself is aggressively growing in the candy market, which is great for longevity. I highly recommend working for ferrara.

Cons

There is a lot of overtime required when production ramps up, which may be the only drawback to working here or any high output plant really.
