There is no work life balance here. Management does not listen to employee concerns, which has lead to a lot of people leaving the company recently. A ton of money was wasted on a big fancy office and now employees are being forced to return to office in person, when most have voiced the want for fully remote work. New CEO is old school and doesn’t care about the company. Totally different from old CEO Todd Siwak. Everyone is overworked and undervalued. This company seems really like a really great place at first because you’re reeled in with a bunch of perks, but it doesn’t last. Run. Run fast.

Because Ferrara was ‘recently’ purchased from Nestle, there is a identity crisis. Employees continue to follow/ believe those ways while Ferrara wants something different. There needs to be a hard cut off or understanding of what they want from the shop floor.
