Do not treat temp employee well and take advantage of them. Make certain promises that they end up taking back. Dont think that this is a company you will spend multiple years with, you can do better.

No reason to work at ferrara.

Cons

Bad place to be working at ferrara, hr will tell you the "work hours" than the work hours will get changed, and they don't even call you give you a heads up if the hours were changed.
