I'm proud to be a current Ferrara employee. There's been a lot of growth and expansion in the years that I've been here, and it's really exciting to work for a company that is experiencing high growth and innovation. The fast-pace makes an environment that's supportive of new ideas, and there are several opportunities to take ownership, make an impact, and grow within your work and within the organization as a whole. The free candy is a fun perk, too.

Cons

The fast-paced environment will not be a fit for everyone, but for those that thrive in that environment, this is an excellent place to grow your career.

I've been with Ferrara for over a year now and am extremely happy with my decision. Ferrara is a fast-paced, exciting, and diverse place with a lot to offer its employees. Even in a little over a year's time, I have been able to see the direct impacts of my work and how it has helped my function and the organization as a whole move forward. There are endless opportunities for growth (special projects, leadership exposure, etc.) and a collaborative group of colleagues that make the day-to-day enjoyable.

Pros

- Work life balance - Compensation/benefits/company paid holidays - Office perks - coffee/snacks/building amenities/gym I feel like I have a really healthy balance between working and personal time. The company provides great benefits with 20 PTO days and 11 paid holidays. The Friday before a holiday is usually a half day also. I like the people I work with and can see a clear connection between the work that I do and how I contribute to the company. Since the company is growing I also have a lot of freedom to make changes/take ownership of projects that I'm interested in. I can definitely see myself staying with Ferrara for years.

Cons

- Lack of autonomy between roles and accountability - it seems like whenever something goes wrong people are more concerned about clearing their name rather than fixing the problem. We could all benefit from helping each other rather than pointing the finger.
