      Pros

      Giovanni Ferrero purchased the company along with Nestle USA Candy. He will hopefully instill the same operating principles that have made Ferrero candy successful.

      Cons

      Current management team is the same team from the days of private equity. Also, there is little diversity in the corp office..especially in leadership

      Overtime is never an issue and now upgrading to newer technology

      Cons

      Very unprofessional behavior starting from top management... Merit is based on propaganda instead of knowledge or actions.
