      -Billion dollar company - Laid back environment - Casual attire - Free candy product/ Ferrara clothing - Flexible work hours + available overtime -

      Cons

      -Minimal resources provided or invested in the company to be successful. -High turnover (people walk off the job often) - Profanity used in office enviornment - Unprofessional attitudes; makes employees feel their being talked AT instead of Talked too. - Public DUI records from "Leadership" -Very juvenile enviornment constant gossiping and lack of respect for company values. - Minimal recognition for hard work. No succession plan for advancement or pay increase opportunities. - Low compensation compared to competitors.

      Great time to join but not the culture for everyone

      Pros

      - Highly agile culture - Experiencing a lot of growth and change - and FAST. Interesting time to join and be a part of this transformation. - A bit "scrappy" in that they're short resources in certain areas (which seems like a short term issue), but there's not a lot of red tape to get things done. Encourage ownership and pitching in where you see a need/room for improvement, which is great if you are a self-starter and can drive your own development.

      Cons

      - The current rapid growth is a bit "learn and pivot as you go" right now; not everyone will enjoy or find success in that environment. - The fast paced culture is great for some but definitely not for everyone. - This is not the workplace for those needing a ton of direction, hand-holding or overly prescriptive direction. Be ready to read between the lines and figure things out independently.
