Pros

I can't say enough about the wonderful team at our office. Everyone is genuinely kind and also very hardworking. My line manager addressed all my concerns during the interview and the reality has exceeded my expectations so far. Family is my first priority and I truly feel like I can bring my whole self to work and make a difference, but in a way that I still have the balance at home I need.

Cons

Our office is a little dated, but at the end of the day I'd rather the company invest in the brands and associates than our office space so I can live with that.

The company is in pure growth mode, which is exciting and encouraging for a long-term career. The leadership team is impressive and consistently looking for feedback from its employees on how to be better. The overall culture is positive and genuinely an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Because of the recent acquisition of Nestle, there is opportunity to streamline processes and improve overall efficiencies in our systems. It is certainly be addressed appropriately, which is encouraging as time progresses.
