Pros

Room for advancement Good commute Easy to learn

Cons

Management has unrealistic expectations for such an old facility Home/ work life balance not supported Not enough emphasis on mental health for employees People who have been promoted don't use their past experiences as "regular associates" to make informed decisions. They seem to completely forget their time prior to having authority. They're prior knowledge could serve as a tool to promote positive change and it's overlooked
