Pros

Decent pay and o.k. benefits once you're full time.

Cons

Machines don't work because they hire unqualified mechanics. Which means the product you're working with is terrible quality and they blame you. The temporary workers are the laziest most useless workers I've ever worked with. Which means they will eventually be your fellow operators you have to babysit. Turnover rate is high because this place destroys your soul. Management is out-of touch with reality and one specific manager has physically assaulted workers.

Pros

Great pay good perks Expected schedule Good coworkers

Cons

Mandatory overtime at points Favoritism amongst supervisors Pressure to meet goals even when you don't have the support to do so. Eg needing to make quota but not having enough product to do so. Or not having enough people to run a line.
