Really good benefits and extras at holidays. Very generous at Christmas parties especially if you have children

Cons

Rotating one week shifts, lots of overtime, a lot of times you are expected to do more work than physically possible

Job is very easy and pay is decent

Cons

I worked continental shifts. 12 hours a day. 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on 2 days off and cycles like that. Also changing to night shift every 2 weeks. Can get really painful.
