      Pros

      Good benefits, loyal company, yearly bonuses, organized, family atmosphere, great hours, steady raises, able to grow and move up

      Cons

      Like any oilfield job they can't promise that you will always have a position, but they will try to make it work and give you other options before letting you go.

      The people you work with become like family it helps when your in the office to have a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Not any cons to say right now work is slow and the town I'm in isn't doing so well. So looking for a future job.
