Pros

We a have a decent safety program. Oil field is slow and they won't hesitate to pick up a job. After 40 hours you will be sent home.

Cons

Private company that grew way to quickly during the boom. Would rather keep employees that have tenure than those who have knowledge.

Micro management can occur and some hands take their job title too seriously.

Low pay, rarely any promotion or yearly raise. No Leadership, all micromanagement. Favoritism.
