      Not all it's cracked up to be

      Pros

      If and when you are busy you can make some decent not amazing but decent money

      Cons

      Infighting amongst offices/backstabbing for jobs, owners who are so far out of touch with what goes on at the satellite offices it's ridiculous, lower than average industry pay, you never really know if your job is safe, and you are as only good to your boss as the last revenue producing job.

      Pros

      the coworkers at this company are fun to work with, the company in it self is a great company, you get safety bonus, job bonuses, and plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      being on call can be a little stressful not knowing if you will be able to spend time with you family or have to leave and stay gone foe weeks at a time. but that the oil field business

      Every other weekend off is the only pro that I can muster up.

      Very poor leadership throughout entire company, always ready to point the finger and blame employees for management's shortcomings.
